The DIHR technology presents AX, the line of dishwasher basket traction. A range combined with many accessories to customized solutions for all requirements. Taking into account the required productivity, the space available and the energy consumption of our machines to adapt to different environments and intense workloads (canteens, hospitals, caterers, small and large hotels, schools). The heat recovery (on request) allows to increase energy savings and reduce costs and fuel consumption with particular attention to the environment. RR: Models with double flushing. The pre-rinse guaranteed a water savings, rinse and electricity because the water used for rinsing is collected and channeled to two pre-rinçage.Grâce arm to double rinsing system RR, renewed, we obtained a drastic reduction of water consumption arriving to use one liter of water (approximately) per basket: well below present the best performances in the market. This result, in addition to respecting the environment allows to save money, so significant, costs for chemicals and reduces the energy requirement
Steel AISI 316. delisted tanks inclined sides which facilitate draining. Overflow with fixed support, non-removable built to help empty the tanks without being removed.
Wash arms with bayonet coupling and jets with concave self cleaning, equipped with flow regulator. The shape of the wash and rinse arms reduces water consumption. The nozzles are made of stainless steel.
Vertical washing pumps, self-cleaning and protected against power surges. A double set of filters protects against all food residue and any covered out of the baskets.
Double skin insulated doors, offset e equipped with a fall arrest safety system. Their structure allows the operator to easily access inside for maintenance of the machine. The door springs are protected against accidental impacts that may be caused by objects that pass baskets.
Drive two-tier system with incorporated friction avoiding the derailment baskets. On request it is possible to have « inverter » that allows you to change the speed according to individual requirements.
Superheaters AISI 316 stainless steel insulated to reduce heat loss.
Pre rinse tanks written off, designed to contain the heat loss and guarantee a double rinsing with high temperatures. Bras pre rinse and rinse with sprinkler in stainless steel.
Acoustic thermal insulation: on request, it is possible to have a subsequent isolation of the machine which allows to reduce to a minimum the dispersion of heat and the surface temperature by reducing energy consumption. At the same time it is possible to minimize noise making it more comfortable working environment.
Rinse: activated by solenoid resistant to high temperatures (max.70 °), which also function in the case of low pressure. The pressure reducing valve is standard.
The DIHR drying system uses a powerful jet of preheated air guaranteeing perfect drying dishes
Steam condenser option, recommended for installations on environments with little or without the air ventilation system.
DIN 10510 standards for Clean dishes, provide for a minimum contact time of the detergent on the surface of the dishes that is proportional to the bacterial load present on the same surface of the object. Dishwashers DIHR ensure compliance with these standards.
TR91 heat recovery. This option allows to feed the machine with cold water * ensuring at the same time an energy savings. The mist produced by the machine (otherwise would be dispersed in the room) is sucked and passes through a heat exchanger (air-water). This passage allows the transfer of moist heat steam, feedwater, carrying it to a temperature of 45 ° C and therefore a reduction in energy consumption of about 6 kW – * Temperature the feed water below 25 ° C.
