The key aspect of the Premium Line is the same as in the Classic Line: the integrated cooling. This will provide the very high quality, stability and overrun of the whipped cream. The consistency can be adjusted to your needs – from fluffy to compact – according to your needs by the 2 different motor speeds.

The Premium Line distinguishes itself from the Classic Line by being optimized for the highest load. The housing is completely made of stainless steel and can for this be deployed in an industrial environment without any problem. Fittingly, seals and wheels are designed stronger than the ones in the Classic Line.

Save Time!
Ingredients can be blended into the cream during the whipping process. By this one process step is saved. Of course this has a positive impact on the overrun as no volume is lost during a manual blending.

Furthermore the insertion of gems into the cream is minimized because it is not necessary to blend by hand.

Hygiene!
The hygiene-subject is a focal point at Hagesana. Of course all machines of the Premium Line can be equipped with a sterilization unit and a sterile filter to meet all hygienic requirements. Also optional availabe is a bowl-axle which can be dismounted without any tools needed, so even untrained staff can clean the axle fast and without any problems.

CREAM-KING Classic Line

Save cream!
With the Hagesana CREAM-KING you save cream – per each cream cake up to 300gr. Serially built-in cooling guarantees premium quality even at high temperatures. The molecules of the cream connect very well with the cold air so you obtain a very high overrun and a very fluffy cream.

If the cream needs to be more compact – no problem! Multiple motor speeds give the versatility to whip the cream according to your special needs.

Save time!
All ingredients can be blended into the cream in the CREAM-KING. Average working time per filling only 5-7 minutes. Several motor speeds ensure ideal blending of fonds and cream.

Cleaning is as easy as possible. The machine was designed with as few parts as possible which get in contact with the cream. These parts can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Save money – and be safe!
For your own and the customer´s safety all machines can be equipped with a sterilization unit. The machine fullfills all hygienic requirements easily. The universal machine CREAM-KING SE3 combines all accerssories in one version. Not only can recurring processes be standardized with configurable programms, the electronic also saves sterilization processes and submits the data to a PC.
In addition the machines can be equipped with a bacteria filter.

Easy-to-use
The mini-creamer is completely made of stainless steel and there are only few components to take care of: bowl and mesh can be cleaned easily in a dishwasher.

Thanks to the easy to use one-hand-switch operating the ECO is as simple as cleaning it: Turn on the machine, fill the cream in the bowl, put the lid on and start the whipping – the cream will be ready after just a couple of minutes. All ingredients can be blended in the cream, no need to do this by hand. Thats 1 more working process simply saved.

Efficient: The Hagesana whipping process:
During the whipping process cold air is blown in the cream through very small holes in the bottom of the bowl. Small bubbles surround the fat cells and produce a unique fluffy stable cream which is very easy to use.

Filter-King F-2000 – semi-industrial solution

Performance!
The Hagesana Filter F-2000 cleans medium sized fryers from 100-500 Kg fat content. Filtering capacity approx 2000 ltrs./hour. Of course the machine is build for high temperatures, as all other Filter-Kings too.

Versatile!
The F-2000 can be used in 2 operating modes: manually in the « vaccum-cleaner-mode » or continously plugged to the fryer. Switching from one mode to the other could not be easier – all connections are fast couplings.

Proven filtertechnology

The FILTERMOBIL FK 20 is based on the efficient filtertechnology of Hagesana. The shortening is prefiltered in the 2-chamber-filtersystem and then pumped through the finefilter (performance <20µ). Thus even smallest particles of dirt are filtered. By this process the lifetime of the shortening can be extended significantly. Expenses for raw materials are going down. Furthermore it makes sure that the quality of the shortening remains on a high level. Of course this effects the quality and the taste of the final product – the original aroma is not impaired. The good flavour of the original recipe reaches the customer always on the same high level. FILTERMOBIL with transport container
The FILTERMOBIL FK 20 is shipped with a variable transport container. The fryer can be emptied completely via the existing drain and a quick coupling. The whole content of the fryer can be stored within the container, for example in order to clean the fryer. The machine is completely mobile.

Integrierted filtertechnology
Another advantage of the container is the integrated filtertechnology. For an even more efficient cleaning the shortening can be filtered within the container in a circulation procedure. This adds to the efficiency of the filtration and leads to an even cleaner shortening. The refeeding runs through an easy-to-use system of tubes. The size of the container can be adjusted to your personal requirements.
