innovative : Equipped with a new high-pressure pump technology ultra silent, used for the first time in a cutting application to the food industry, a new cutting kinematic equally precise and a new jet recovery device covered by 2 patents being obtained, this new model still made progress in terms of ergonomics and cleanability.
